Cancellation Policy
We have a 24 hour in advance refund policy. If a refund is not requested before this window, a refund will not be issued. There will be no refunds due to inclement weather conditions which includes rain, thunderstorms, high winds, etc. ​ We reserve the right to close umbrellas if winds reach speeds of 15 mph or wind gusts reach speeds of 20 mph. ​ If you are expecting any of these conditions on the day your rental is scheduled for, please make arrangements to cancel 24 hours in advance in order to receive a full refund.
