We have a 24 hour in advance refund policy. If a refund is not requested before this window, a refund will not be issued. There will be no refunds due to inclement weather conditions which includes rain, thunderstorms, high winds, etc.

We reserve the right to close umbrellas if winds reach speeds of 15 mph or wind gusts reach speeds of 20 mph.
